Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Jewelry Purchases: A refund is available within 7 days of receiving your order, but only in extreme circumstances, such as if the jewelry was damaged. Please ensure you read the measurements and descriptions carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

Regular Priced Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Purchases: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
